PixEdit reads, writes and converts this file format.

Notes: Intel and Motorola type in 1, 2, 4, 8, 24, 32, 40, 48, 64, 80 Bits per pixel, Uncompressed, Packbits, Deflate and Jpeg compression in contiguous, strips and tiled format, All in MULTIPAGE. Mix of monochrome and color pages are supported. PixEdit reads both the old type Jpeg compression 6 and the new and recommended type 7. PixEdit supports most variations of TIFF files with these Bits Per Pixel and Compression types, RGB, RGBA, YCbCr, CIELab and CMYK color spaces in both Chunky and Planar format and Horizontal Differencing. All readable file formats may be converted to any writable file format by using FILE SAVEAS.
